Ordering and Shipment


Orders may be placed Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm EST. Online orders can be placed anytime. We try to view our incoming mail several times a day and often throughout the weekends.

All shipments will be sent by FedEx or UPS whenever possible. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We must have a physical street address. If your credit card billing address is a P.O. box, you will need to add your street address to your credit card as an alternate/secondary address.

International Shipments

Orders must be prepaid in U.S. domestic funds. Call, write, or fax in advance to obtain the total cost of the order and shipping. All duties/import fees/border fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes Canadian customers. A street address and phone number is required.

Refused Shipments

The customer is responsible for freight (both ways) on any shipment refused for any reason. No future orders will be processed until the customers account has been cleared. Future orders must be prepaid in full.


Any canceled orders will be charged to the customer at the cost incurred by ShepTrans at the time of cancellation.

Returned Shipments

Any returned items that were not deliverable due to 3 unsuccessful attempts, must have shipping paid both ways by the customer before any future orders will be processed for the customer.

Sales Tax

Ohio residents will be charged 6.5% sales tax on all purchases.


Backorders will be shipped as soon as possible. If you would like a refund instead of waiting, please let us know.

Shipment Inspection

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If there is an error, please notify us immediately.


All prices are subject to change without notice.

In the event a part is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, the Sheptrans shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the parts listed at the incorrect price.
